‘SporTT opens Elite athletes gym at NRC’

The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SporTT) officially opened its new, elite gym at the National Racquet Centre, Tacarigua on Monday. This gym will allow the country’s elite athletes to train free of charge, and to benefit from high performance services, including strength and conditioning, psychology, nutrition and analysis and testing.

‘Elder, Rajah, Sagraamsingh double up in table tennis championships’

The trio of Jerisse Elder pf Powergen, Elizabeth Rajah of Carenage Blasters, and Zayden Sagramsingh of Arima Hawks all won two doubles titles each when the T&T Table Tennis Association National Youth Championships resumed at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua on Saturday.

‘Young athletes shine at #GirlsRunTT 6K, 1K Cross Country events’

 

 

The Queen's Park Savannah came to life on August 10 when over 200 competitors contested the #GirlsRunTT 2025 Cross Country 1K and 6K events, which were hosted by Bafasports in conjunction with the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.

The activities formed part of the ministry's Pink Reign campaign which seeks to promote sport among women and girls.

‘SporTT Opens Elite Athletes’ Gym At National Racquet Centre’

 

 

The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SporTT) has officially opened its Elite Athletes’ Gym at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua.
The state-of-the-art facility specifically supports the high-performance development of Trinidad and Tobago’s elite athletes.
Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Phillip Watts was present at the opening.
