 In a release, The Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, the Honourable Phillip Watts, extended condolences to the Central Spokes Cycle Club (CSCC) and the family of Rakesh ‘Ronnie’ Ragoonanan following his tragic passing. 
 Minister Watts in a conversation with Rovena Williams, president of the CSCC, expressed sympathy for the loss endured by both the cycling fraternity and Ragoonanan’s loved ones.
