 The Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, the Honourable Phillip Watts’ first 100 days have been brisk and at times confrontational. Many in the sporting fraternity are still in a wait-and-see mode. The Minister continues to acquaint himself with the Ministry’s operations and has taken a stance to ensure that public accountability is at the forefront of assessments.
